Some of the company bonuses (free Captain/LT/major tech is one such case) doesn't work. For one of the mission there is a chance for an invincible Ostwind to spawn, etc. Save doesn't work sometimes, the airborne company's pathfinder ability doesn't work, and the bonus missions are bugged (will explain this later).
